- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST / GMT-5). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Estimates for Singapore
We provide reliable international shipping from our facility in the USA to all residential and business addresses in Singapore.

- Customs Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches Singapore.
- hovva.shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@hovva.shop with your name and order number.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We generally recommend providing a physical residential or business address for international deliveries to Singapore to ensure secure handling by local couriers.
6. Damages and Lost Shipments
hovva.shop is liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@hovva.shop immediately.
- Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.
